Repairs March 2021 BVI Tortola

• Air Conditioning- Thru hull strainers cleaned
• Main Engine - replaced starter battery; replaced alternator
• Stern Thruster - replaced controller and contactors
• Stabilizers - haul out for fin seals replacement -  3 year maintenance item
• Bottom - New bottom paint from water line to bottom. Bottom in excellent condition. Fins and rudder painted. Prop cleaned and "speed prop" applied. Bottom pressure washed.
• Water Maker - Repaired Spectra high pressure fittings. Cleaned and reinstalled membrane.
• Hot Water Tank- Replaced April 2022
• Repairs August  2022 Ensenada
• Main Engine- Replaced all fuel filters on tank and main engine, changed coolant filter; changed oil filter; changed oil; checked levels of transmision oil and tightness of serpentine belt.
• Generator - serviced air filter; changed oil filter; changed fuel filter; changed oil; Checked grounding; checked battery cables.
• Water Maker-- Fresh water flush
• Hull Maintenance - Strip wax; Wet sand; Polish; Buffed ; hand waxed. Polisheqd stainles; Strip, sand, apply 9 coats epiphanes on wood;Back desk coated.

• Fuel Filter Change - Changed all
• Main Engine - 4790hours oil change; fan belt change; valve lash adjusted; replaced valve cover gasket
• Genset - New oil seal installed; fuel injector pump rebuilt; new water pump installed; new starter motor installed
• Fuel - Current rate 1.75miles per gallon average. Burn 4.2 gallons per hour at 1300 rpm
• House batteries - Replaced 8 220amp AGM batteries
• Stabilizers - Serviced electronic plugs for hydraulic units. Fin seals needed soon.
