• Air Conditioning- Thru hull strainers cleaned
• Main Engine - Replaced starter battery & alternator
• Stern Thruster - Replaced controller & contacts
• Stabilizers - Fin seals replaced - 3-year maintenance item
• Bottom - New bottom paint including Fins & Rudder. Prop cleaned, "speed prop" applied. 
• Water Maker - Repaired Spectra high pressure fittings. Cleaned and reinstalled membrane

• Repairs August 2022 Ensenada
• Main Engine- Replaced all fuel filters on tank & main engine, Replaced coolant filter & oil filter; changed oil; checked levels of transmission oil and tightened serpentine belt
  
• Generator - serviced air filter; Replaced oil filter & fuel filter; changed oil; Checked grounding & battery cables
• Water Maker-- Fresh water flush
• Hot Water Tank- Replaced 
• Hull Maintenance - Stripped, Wet sand, Polish & Buffed then hand waxed. Polished all stainless. Stripped, sanded, 9 coats "Epifanes" Varnish applied to wood.  Back desk coated.
  
• ALL Fuel Filters Replaced
• Main Engine - 4790-hours oil, fan belt and valve cover REPLACED. Valve lash adjusted
• Genset - New seal, starter & water pump installed; fuel injector pump rebuilt
• Fuel - Current rate 1.75miles per gallon average. Burn 4.2 gallons per hour at 1300 rpm
• House batteries - Replaced 8-220amp AGM batteries
• Stabilizers - Serviced electronic plugs for hydraulic units.

Introduction

Reef Dancer is a 2006, Selene 53. She is a desirable widebody design giving her salon and galley 18 inches of additional width. 

Her current owners have proven her seaworthiness by cruising to Mexico, through the Panama Canal, and around the British Virgin Islands.

Her most noticeable feature is her Flag Blue hull, and abundant teak furnishing. Her teak, and holly cabin’ soles make a great first impression.

She is fully equipped and cruise ready with Side Power bow and stern thrusters, Westmar stabilizers, a 12KW Northern Lights generator, Air Conditioning, Hydronic Heating, SAT TV, Yacht Controller, complete and redundant electronics, and safety equipment.

• Bottom - New bottom paint from water line to bottom. Bottom in excellent condition. Fins and rudder painted. Prop cleaned and "speed prop" applied. Bottom pressure washed.
