2008 Sea Ray Sedan Bridge

This yacht offers a seemingly endless list of built-in "creature comforts" as standard equipment, but it also comes with a full range of practical luxuries and performance equipment that makes it a joy to skipper this luxurious vessel.

The very popular 44' Sedan Bridge, has been built for many years as a very reliable & enjoyable motor yacht.  Oversized windows & Ultra leather sofas are just a few items of note found in the salon.  A raised dining area, pile carpeting and cherry cabinetry are some of the decor items in this vessel.  Below, a small guest cabin to port has twin single beds, while the forward master stateroom features a queen-sized island berth.  This vessel includes the optional washer/dryer stored under the galley stairs.  Both head compartments are fitted with separate stand-up shower stalls.  A sliding glass door opens to the cockpit with its walk-through transom, transom bench seat, and molded flybridge stairs.  Offering good visibility fore & aft, the extended flybridge includes a large U-shaped aft dinette seating area, with a removable table.  Cummins 500 HP diesels will cruise this motor yacht in the mid 20's and reach about 30 knots top.

SALON - One couch to starboard side with storage under cushions; one adjustable hydraulic wood table in the middle of the salon. One couch/pullout sleeper to the port side; wrap around seating area in sky lounge with adjustable swinging table and storage under seats.  All in good condition. 

Under starboard side couch, one central vacuum system mounted.  Vacuum tool accessories in the guest cabin under dressing seat.

CABINS - Two (2) cabins; the master stateroom, V Berth and guest cabin amidships Port side.  Guest cabin has storage under the bed.  Two (2) heads one forward of guest cabin in hallway to V berth and the other in the V berth.  Both have separate stand-up showers.  the salon has one adjustable table, couches port and starboard.  The starboard couch has storage under each seat.

Twin beds with insert converting it to a double bed in the guest cabin. One small built-in dressing chair and one cedar lined cabinet. The V berth equipped with one oval double bed and two closets, cedar lined one port and the other starboard. All good condition.

GALLEY - located on the starboard side and accessed by steps from the salon.  A raised seating area is port side next to the galley with adjustable table and round bench type seating.  All very good condition.

HEADS - Two (2) serviceable marine Vacu-flush heads w/sinks, on-demand pressure hot & cold water, Corian counter tops, mirrored medicine cabinets, sit-down type showers w/sump drains, good lighting fiberglass soles with anti-slip & heads plumbed to a holding tank system.  

TWO (2) CAPTAINS CHAIRS -

Helm station is centered with helm seat.  Another seat is mounted port side next to the helm seat.  

Wrap around seating provided aft around table and cushions remove in three (3) sections.  (Very good condition)

DINING -

Aft flybridge overhand with U-shaped seating.  Storage under three seats.  Helm station forward of the seating area. (Very good condition)
