The boat's mechanical condition is unknown as this is a lien sale. It is currently docked at Cabrillo Isle Marina and must leave as soon as purchased. It may not stay at the marina. This is a project boat, but it is a lot of boats for an unbeatable price.  There is a lot of entertaining space on the sundeck above and a great walk-around for ease of access to all parts of the boat. Accomodations, layout and equipment

Exterior- Walking around this vessel you will notice real original teak deck with teak cap rail and plenty of space for walk around access to all areas of the vessel. At the bow of this vessel you will find a seawolf horizontal windlass with stainless danforth bent shark anchor.

Sundeck/Helm Station- At the sundeck, which is accessed by the aft ladder, you will find an amazing amount of entertaining space perfect for taking out larger groups of friends, all while on the same level with the captain. Also to note on the sundeck is the Bimini to shade you and your passengers. 

Interior- Starting from the aft entrance of this trawler you will enter the aft state room, finished in teak with a walk around queen. The head with shower is forward from here. Next we enter the saloon with built in setees and plenty of room for relaxing. Also in the saloon is the lower helm station. Step down and enter the galley with LP range/stove, fridge/freezer and microwave. Advancing fore its the second head and beyond that we arrive at the vip/v-berth.
