Anchoring System
The anchoring system includes two (2) CQR Ultra Anchors, model 250-SS0, (1) S/8" 3S0' length galvanized stud link chain, (1) SS0' length galvanized stud link chain.
The vessel is outfitted with two (2) Maxwell 6000 hydraulic windlasses with capstan drums. Each windlass has horizontal gear boxes and band breaks. Each has local control via hand wheel of the wildcat {gypsy) band brake, chain stopper with tensioner, square rollers with chain groove for stud link anchor chain, electric foot switch assembly, and chain counters . The windlasses are complete with a 19.7 foot (6 meter) cable wired remote control.
Mooring System
The mooring system includes two (2) chrome plated bronze high pressure Maxwell 4000 hydraulically driven vertical capstans.
Esthec® Decking
Esthec decking is found in the cockpit, aft main deck, port and starboard main deck side decks, aft bridge deck, forward bridge deck, boat deck, Flybridge, and all exterior stairs. The Esthec decking features a biscuit-colored batten pattern that is approximately 1-7/8" wide with 4mm wide black seams between. The material is ¼" thick.
Ladders & Boarding Ladder Systems
- Sea Stair - One (1) manual operating UMT carbon fiber side-boarding sea stair. Stowage of the sea stair is in a recess in the main deck bulwarks or the superstructure side.
- Swim Ladder - One (1) angled anodized aluminum swim ladder with take-apart section that allows it to be stored in two pieces.
- Hard Top Access Ladder - A portable, telescoping ladder provides service access to the hardtop from the Flybridge.
Exterior Signaling & Searchlights
- Navigational Lighting - LOPO navigational lights.
- Searchlights - One (1) Jabsco JA 62042-4006 searchlight.
- Ship's Bell - One (1) chrome plated ship's bell engraved with the vessel's name, year launched and the BURGER logo.
- Ship's Horn - One (1), three (3) trumpet Kahlenberg Model T-2 low profile air operated horn assembly controlled by a Kahlenberg Fog Signal Control Unit.
Tender & Tender Launching
- Launching System - A 5,000 pound, fixed boom, Airtex brand, hydraulic deck crane for launching the tenders is installed on the foredeck, on center line, between the tenders.
- Tenders - Two (2) Custom built Chapman Transition tenders, one with a forward ramp feature.
Hot Tub and Sun Pad
One (1) in-ground type spa; Baja Spas Redondo model installed in a painted aluminum surround with access steps. A sun pad with storage and technical space below is located on the port side of the flybridge.
Exterior Covers
Custom covers shall be made with Sunbrella Exterior Canvas for the following Sundeck items: Sundeck Helm Station, Helm Chair, Bar, Bar Stools, Built in Settees, Settee Tabletop, Hot Tub, Sun Pad, Grill. Covers are also provided for: Tenders, Search light, Air Horn, Ship Bell, Anchor Windlasses, Bridge Deck Tabletop, Bridge Deck Chairs, Bridge Deck Settee, Bridge Deck Settee Tabletop, Bridge Deck Lounge Chairs, Fighting Chair and Capstans. Removable, snap-on mesh shades cover one window on each side of the pilothouse.
Fishing Gear
- Live-well - Installed in the aft end of the cockpit bulwarks with a dedicated circulation pump.
- Insulated Fish Box - Connected to an Eskimo ice system.

AC Power System
The AC power system is a three phase grounded neutral 60 Hz system. It provides all AC power for the VESSEL. System voltage is 208/120 VAC.
AC Power Distribution
The main switchboard will supply electrical power to distribution panels in the following areas: Engine Room, Lower Deck Accommodations, Main Deck/Galley, and the Bridge Deck/Pilothouse.
DC Power System
The DC power system is provided using a two wire 24 volt battery system with negative lead. The DC power system is responsible for providing house loads and emergency loads with DC voltage as supplied by multiple battery banks. Batteries will be AGM type by Lifeline.
Generators
There are two (2) Northern Lights generators located in the engine room, each powered by an in-line marine diesel engine within a sound enclosure. The generator control panel(s) is located in the Engine Room. Generator function is monitored through manufacturer-provided displays.
Shore Supply
A shore power voltage and frequency converter is installed for direct shore power connection
Batteries
Propulsion Engine & Generator Start and Control Batteries, Ship's Service (House) Batteries (engine room), Navigation Electronics Batteries, Radio Batteries, and Emergency Batteries.
Battery Chargers
Sett-regulating and temperature sensing, automatic battery chargers are provided for the following systems: Propulsion engine & generator starting and control, Ship's service (house), Navigation electronics - Also configured to act as a backup to the emergency battery charger, Radio and Emergency.
Centralized Monitoring
A Centralized Monitoring System is installed onboard to monitor the tank levels, bilge and fire alarm systems, battery status and the other points that are monitored for pressure, open and close, temperature and liquid quantity or level.

Fire Detection
A fire detection system and its equipment are installed on the vessel. The system is a stand-alone system that is also incorporated into the vessel's Centralized Monitoring System. The system will consist of: Smoke sensors in all accommodation spaces, storage areas, and technical spaces, Heat sensors in the galley and engine room, Manual alarm triggers at strategic locations and as required by statutory requirements, Audible alarms throughout the vessel, Alarm indicating panel in the pilothouse and the engine room, a flashing strobe and siren is placed in the engine room.
